Check out this 2015 Mitsubishi All Terrain Warrior Alpha Camper available for sale in Wyoming. This one is a unique expedition vehicle built for camping far off-road! Room to sleep 4. The original owner is no longer using it.
The RV has a Mitsubishi Fuso FG 4×4 truck chassis and drivetrain & is powered by a Mercedes 4P10(T5) 3.0L diesel motor.
The rear end is converted to a heavy-duty single-wheel axle with parabolic suspension and upgrades to allow for steep approach and departure angles. The transmission is the standard Mitsubishi Fuso DUONIC 6-speed model that can be operated in either automatic or manual modes.
The all-fiberglass body is made by ATW Australia. All of the hardware and accessories are marine-grade stainless steel with thick door seals to keep out dust and rain. The construction is such that the manufacturer claims that the whole vehicle would float if submerged to such a degree – a claim that the seller has never put to the test. The engine is protected from flooding by an air intake snorkel. The truck chassis was built in 2015, the seller bought it new in 2017.
The equipment on this rig is pure expedition style, including a heavy-duty front bumper with a brush guard & winch. A ladder behind the driver’s door gives you access to the roof truck box. There are also off-road lights on the roof rack.
At the rear of the rig, you find a pair of full-size spares along with a 160psi air compressor. The compressor also powers the included pneumatic jack. The receiver hitch has a 7500 lb tow capacity.
Inside features A/c (a/c in the cab only but it will reach into the camper) & heat, a galley with 12V drawer style marine grade fridge/freezer, sink, and storage cabinets. Opposite the galley is the bathroom with a pop-up shower and porta-potty. At the rear is a queen bed with storage underneath. Forward is a convertible dinette into a double bunk.
The electrical system includes 2 x 210Ah AGM batteries, 4 x 100w solar panels, & inverter. There are 8 bluetooth ports, a Titan gunsafe, pneumatic jack, indoor & outdoor shower.
The Ravelco Anti Theft Device is installed in an easily accessible place beneath or flush mounted in the dashboard of your vehicle. A removable 16 pin male plug (makes all the electronic connections). A hidden armored steel cable protects the wires from the rear of the RAVELCO base on through to the engine compartment where all the connections are made and camouflaged. When the plug is removed from the RAVELCO, it is impossible to start the vehicle. There are more than 100,000 different combinations. NO MASTER PLUGS. An impossible obstacle for even the most persistent thief. No Bells or Whistles . . . Just Results!
