A “certified Single Owner” RV…our seller purchased this rv new and has taken good care of it.
The RV is equipped with SOLAR panels, an INVERTOR, and other monitoring devices to insure seamless service between SOLAR and RV Plug-in Power. A 50amp power cord is included. The solar package from VALOR is called SOLAR PLUS and it is said to be very functional and easy to use, and produces 640 watts of power.
Our sellers have done some tasteful and attractive customizing in the kitchen area. They removed some of the traditional cabinets for the kitchen island and cabinetry under the stove top, and replaced it with open shelving. The shelving is made super sturdy by employing threaded pipe with shelving attached. See pics.
There are 3 A/C units which produce 40,500 btu of cooling power. ALLIANCE RV, the parent company claims to produce the best HVAC system on the market.
The garage is accessed via a rear side door and rear ramp.
Garage length is 11′, width is approximately 8′, and the height is approximately 7′. The rear ramp door also doubles as a roomy porch.
There are dual 30 gallon fuel tanks onboard.
