Additional features include an exterior TV bracket with 120V and cable hook-ups, LCI Solid Step fold-down aluminum tread steps on the main entry door, and a high-definition remote backup camera with a 7-inch monitor provided by the owner.
Outdoor entertainment is a delight with side-mounted marine-grade exterior speakers, a 15-foot power awning with LED accent lighting, and an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, swing-arm griddle mount, and quick-connect propane hook-up.
