In July/August of 2024, the seller had new tires installed, new upholstery, new catalytic convertor, new house and engine batteries, and a new entry step motor.

The rear-bedroom design is terrific. Twin slides make this RV interior very spacious. One slide in the bedroom and one in the living room.
The newly upholstered convertible sofa/bed sleeps two adults, and the master bedroom has a queen mattress. There are separate and large cedar lined clothes closets and multiple drawers for storage.
The manually actuated awning is in great condition. It may have never been unfurled before we photographed the RV.
In 2011 these class B+ rvs were still made with fine wood cabinetry. All the appliances and countertops are spotless.
